Introduction
I work as a research agricultural economist with the USDA Economic Research Service and teach as an adjunct in the Johns Hopkins University Applied Economics department, a part of their Advanced Academic Programs. My research interests are industrial organization, energy and environmental economics, and the economics of science and technology. All views and opinions in the documents on this site represent my opinions and those of my coauthors, not those of the USDA, ERS, or Johns Hopkins University.
